Phoebe Halliwell was the youngest sister of the Halliwell Sisterhood; the third daughter of Patty Halliwell a witch and Victor Bennett a mortal; the late sister of Prue and Piper Halliwell; the maternal older half-sister of Paige Matthews; the late wife of Cole Turner a demon; the mother of Unborn son; the granddaughter of Penny and Allen Halliwell.

Powers and Abilities

Active Powers:

• Premonition - The ability to see and experience events from the past, present, and future. This was Phoebe's primary Wiccan power.

• Intuition: The ability to sense when something is about to happen before it does. This allows her to sense and predict attacks.

• Levitation - The ability to propel oneself into the air and hover. She can also extend her levitation power to levitate other people and objects when in physical contact with them. Also, while levitating she can kick an enemy over a distance of several feet. Phoebe gained this second power in season 3 but only for a short time because she died.

Other Powers:

• The Power of Three: The collective power of the Charmed Ones enhances their abilities.

• High Resistance: This ability is active when Phoebe is united with her sisters. It is also active while channeling the powers of another magical being.

• Fire Throwing: the powerful and deadly power to project jets of flame from the hands, capable of completely immolating even high-level demons.
